We want your business, not just once but for repeat
orders. To ensure that we deserve your trust, we want you to be
satisfied with your purchase! In the event that you wish to return the
product purchased on this website due to our errors or omissions or a
defective product please contact us at our email address so we can
correct the problem. At your request,within 30 days of purchase, either
a refund or replacement of goods will be made. (Refunds will not
include shipping costs unless agreed to prior to purchase.) BLADES are
not covered by any warranty against breakage, chipping or other damage.
Boker Knives warranty similarly excludes blade damage from coverage as
improper use can result in failure.
Legal Notices
Purchasers must ensure that they are
permitted to own the knives sold by Flint Knives through
www.CeramicKnife.com under their respective Federal, State or
Provincial regulations before ordering. Having no control over the use
of our products and since any product is open to misuse, under no
circumstances will CeramicKnife.org be liable for any loss, expenses,
actual or consequential damage to persons or property of any kind
arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Knives are
sharp and made to cut things, ceramic knives are no different except
that they remain sharp for a much longer time!
Standard Terms of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale
("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in
relation to any purchase, order, receipt or delivery of any product
from CeramicKnife.org
Delivery
Subject to product availability, your
product will be shipped within two working days. Shipping is by “small
packet – Postal Services” to keep costs down so delivery may take up to
two weeks depending upon location.
Satisfaction Guarantee
In the event that you wish to return
the product purchased on this website due to our errors or omissions or
a defective product please contact us at our email address so we can
correct the problem. Within 30 days of your purchase either a refund or
replacement of goods or parts will be made.
Warranty
We make every effort to see that
products are of high quality and want our customers to be happy with
their purchase. Our internet pricing is aggressive and does not allow
us to offer an extended warranty. Certainly any problem developing
within 30 days will be corrected by us. Product problems after this
initial 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis with free
replacement parts made on a goodwill basis if at all. IF you want a
lifetime warranty some of our competition offer this but your cost will
be significantly higher so you really pay for this up front. If you
read Boker’s Warranty you will see that the Ceramic Blades are not
covered at all for breakage! Buy two knives & keep one as a spare!
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of
CeramicKnife.org shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the
product. CeramicKnife.org shall not be liable for special, incidental,
consequential, or indirect damages.
Jurisdiction for handling disputes
In all cases disputes arising out of
our sale of goods and the use to which they are put by the
consumer/customer will be governed by Canadian Law and the Courts of
the Province of Ontario, Canada. All dealings, correspondence and
contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions
of Sale do not affect these rights.
